About the Role We are looking to hire a Housekeeper with at least 2 years of housekeeping experience. The successful candidate will travel from community to community each week, cleaning resident rooms and common areas under the direction of the Lead Housekeeper.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in housekeeping, commercial, healthcare, or hospitality settings who is seeking steady income in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and hallways to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering clean linens.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry materials, notifying management of any shortages.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned regularly.
Respond promptly to requests for cleaning or laundry services from residents, staff, and family members.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
Required Qualifications
21 years of age or older; high school graduate or GED.
Experience in housekeeping.
Access to dependable transportation; clean driving record.
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Via Elegante can assist with this process).
Bi‑lingual in English and Spanish.
Memory Care Certification.
Required Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience.
