Manage food costs, portion control, and kitchen inventory
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
Contribute ideas for seasonal specials, promotions, and new dishes to enhance the dining experience
Required Skills
Expertise in seafood preparation and handling various types of seafood
Proficiency in American cuisine and classic seafood dishes
Strong menu planning, recipe development, and culinary innovation skills
Exceptional plate presentation and creative culinary execution
Time management and efficiency in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen environment
Knife skills and precision in ingredient preparation
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, including sushi and sashimi preparation
Pastry making and dessert creation skills
