to coordinate residential solar installations, lead a crew, and drive quality and productivity on every job.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise the entire residential installation project from start to finish.
Ensure safety on the job and communicate any changes to the Roof Lead and Branch Manager.
Install on various roof types and ground mounts, mounting racking, modules, and electrical equipment.
Fill out all job documents, collect data and photos, and maintain a clean work site.
Drive company vehicles safely and manage the truck tools and material inventory.
Troubleshoot and fix installation issues and perform required travel for extended periods.
Maintain a current driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED.
Minimum 1+ year experience, including at least 6 months of leading a crew.
Electrical and roof racking experience.
Strong motivation, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on rooftops, ladders, and in confined areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands & Abilities
Stand, walk, run, and kneel for long periods.
Climb ladders, scaffolds, and poles.
Lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects up to 50+ pounds.
Perform repetitive motions and use fingers for fine tasks.
Travel Requirements Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work. Must have a valid driver’s license/insurance and be able to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
