Overview
Join Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar as a Host. You will greet guests, assist servers, maintain guest flow, and contribute to a friendly dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet guests at the entrance with a warm welcome and smile.
Assist servers in providing excellent guest service.
Maintain overall flow of guests through the restaurant.
Support front‑of‑house operations and coordinate seating.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
Commitment to creating a positive impact on guests.
Ability to remain stationary and perform basic physical tasks for up to 4 hours.
Physical Standards
Remain stationary, walk in an orderly manner for up to four (4) hours.
Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Speak clearly, listen attentively. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets.
Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks during the entire shift.
Use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation starts at $15–$20.00 per hour, plus tips. We offer competitive wages, daily pay (not available in California), flexible schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, paid sick leave, and a clear career path.
