Provide responsive, nurturing care for infants. Support early developmental milestones through intentional interactions. Maintain consistent routines that promote security and trust. Create a calm, clean, and organized infant environment. Partner professionally with families. Follow health, safety, and licensing standards with care and consistency. You’re a Great Fit If You Have
CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours). Experience working with infants preferred. Knowledge of infant development and responsive caregiving. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A calm, patient, and professional approach to caregiving. Pay
