Working hours:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (8‑hour shift)
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including tidying the lobby, conference rooms, and dining areas as needed.
Greet employees and visitors.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
Receive and distribute mail and packages, and support outgoing mail and shipping packages.
Support employee general requests on the office admin ticketing system.
Greet new hires for onboarding and assist HR with offboarding as needed.
Conduct inventory, order, and replenish office supplies and office snacks/drinks as needed.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
Assist with menu selection for office catered lunches and onsite catering coordination.
Other office admin responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of Admin Office Assistant experience.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
High School Diploma / Community College.
