Our sites deliver mail, do print jobs putting them together, answer the phones, change toner in machines, and place service calls. Strong customer service skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure are essential. Duties include walking to deliver toner and mail, lifting up to 50 lbs. Must use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Free parking available; if paid, Ricoh reimburses.

Job Type: Temporary.
Responsibilities Under the direction of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM), this key position supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area with varying sizes. The Area Customer Service Coordinator has broad knowledge of Ricoh Service Excellence Methodology, account service delivery requirements, and the Ricoh portfolio of offered solutions. Responsibilities include assisting MS leadership by supplementing onsite personnel at various customer locations, performing a wide range of duties requiring a versatile skill set, and supporting various locations for vacation coverage, absences, training, implementations, etc. Duties include providing operational support, assisting with process improvement, procedural testing, and validation; ensuring field compliance with operational best practices; supporting the Field Implementation Managers with new customer account implementation and service expansions; onboarding new team members and cross‑training peers; developing Site Procedure Guides and sharing best practices; inspecting Site Procedure Guides for accuracy and compliance; knowledge of all contracted services; performing daily visual inspections; providing feedback via survey tools; standing in for absences or vacations of onsite resources; traveling to and from various accounts; creating and maintaining a customer‑focused environment; engaging end‑user feedback; escalating customer issues to ESM/AOM and supporting resolution to completion; communicating effectively and responding quickly; collecting data and using tools for the Monthly Operations Review; and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
Post–high‑school education encouraged and preferred.
Ability to move locations in one day if required by business.
Ability to cover accounts between 40–50 miles.
Valid, violation‑free driver’s license and reliable transportation; minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy.
Intermediate skill level on most common software applications, including file/folder management and navigating to network production folders.
Must maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner following proper coding requirements.
Teamwork: maintain positive, productive relationships with co‑workers.
Adaptability, flexibility, high motivation, sense of urgency.
Basic math skills.
Sound judgment and decision making.
Ability to perform repetitive work with set procedures and maintain quality standards.
Commitment to tasks and persistence.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Working knowledge of account services to facilitate job scheduling.
Comprehension of written and verbal instructions and effective translation to site resources.
Ability to resolve customer‑related issues and troubleshoot.
Proficiency with Microsoft products and computers.
May be required to report to an alternate site any given day; may require walking, driving, or other transport to that site, with longer commute exceeding scheduled shift.
Typical environment: office/warehouse with adequate lighting, ventilation, normal temperature and noise levels.
Physical demands: standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing; lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs.; pushing or pulling machines up to 400 lbs.; walking between buildings as required.
Moderate dexterity with basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
Specific vision: close vision required.
Frequent local car travel.
Schedule flexibility required: most assignments are 8–5 Monday to Friday, but some sites may open at 6 AM and close after 7 PM, and other locations may operate on weekends or other times.
