Area Customer Service Coordinator Madison, WI (Onsite) 6+ Month Contract

Supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services accounts within an assigned operational area. Provides customer support at client facilities, assists MS leadership, and may cover multiple sites for absences, training, or other needs. Requires adaptability, versatility, and travel across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations at assigned customer sites, including mail services, print jobs, toner replacement, and phone coverage Assist with onboarding new team members, cross-training peers, and implementing new accounts or service expansions Perform visual inspections for service quality, safety, and compliance with site procedures and Ricoh standards Maintain site procedure guides and share best practices across locations Collect feedback from end-users and escalate issues to management as needed Provide coverage for absences, vacations, or site management needs Travel between multiple accounts, creating a customer-focused environment Use Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting, communication, and operational tasks Lift and deliver items up to 50 lbs.; push/pull equipment on wheels

Requirements

High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience; post-high school education preferred Strong customer service skills; able to handle change, learn quickly, and work under pressure Valid, violation-free driver s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel 40 50 miles between sites Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications Ability to perform repetitive tasks with quality, maintain focus, and follow procedures Strong oral communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and navigate multiple buildings/sites Flexible schedule with possible early mornings, evenings, weekends, and variable shifts Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
