Night Mechanic - Fleet Technician
Volunteer Fleet Services is hiring a full-time Night Mechanic - Fleet Technician to repair and maintain light, medium, and heavy‑duty vehicles and trucks. The role supports clients by minimizing fleet downtime.
Pay Pay range: $25.00/hr - $45.00/hr based on skills and experience.

Qualifications
2+ years of fleet mechanic experience in a shop
Ability to work the night shift, 3 pm – 11 pm
Experience servicing light, medium, and heavy‑duty vehicles
Specialized training in diagnosing and troubleshooting engines, transmissions, and other major mechanical components
Completion of OEM training courses
608/609 MVAC certifications preferred, but not required
Ability to perform DOT inspections
Ability to provide own tools
Knowledge of general vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
Servicing light, medium, and heavy‑duty vehicles and trucks for customers
Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing the source of mechanical and electrical issues
Completing accurate repairs and maintenance services within a reasonable timeframe
