As an Applebee's Bartender, mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and create a great bar experience for guests and staff. Follow established standards to craft quality drinks and support servers in delivering top service. Maintain a friendly, team‑oriented atmosphere and participate in a positive work environment. Adhere to health, safety, and workplace policies while serving guests. Qualifications
You must be at least 21 years old (per state law). Ability to effectively communicate with others and work with staff and customers. Commitment to making an impact and contributing to a collaborative team. Benefits

Physical Standards: Must have ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively. Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings as required, and to work with disinfectants.
