Full-Time Preschool Teacher
to join our team and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the Middletown school district curriculum.
Position Overview The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing the The Learning Experience curriculum, assessing student progress, and creating a classroom environment that supports each child’s social, emotional, and academic development. This role requires active participation in all school meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions.
Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday
Qualifications (Required) Associate degree in Early Childhood Education required Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Responsibilities
Implement TLE curriculum with fidelity
Prepare lesson plans and learning activities that meet program standards
Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Ensure compliance with state and center policies
