We're seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who will be the welcoming face of our company and a key support to our internal teams. If you’re organized, personable, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and front‑office organization
Schedule appointments, meetings, and assist with calendar coordination
Support various departments with administrative tasks and project needs
Help with weekly bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, insurance logs, and supporting sister companies with A/R, A/P, and lease tracking.
Perform occasional personal assistant tasks as needed, such as conducting research or coordinating small personal projects for the executive team
What You Bring
High school diploma
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
A friendly, positive, team‑focused attitude
Detail‑oriented approach and willingness to learn
Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience is helpful, but not required
