Executive Assistant/Admin/Reception/Bookkeeping

Contract to hire salary $65,000. Must have good tenure. Located in Greenway Plaza. 5+ years of experience in administrative/bookkeeping positions. Degree highly preferred. Hours

8-5 with 1 hour lunch or 8-4 with working lunch. 1st part of Jan very busy; after quarter end extremely busy and vacation typically not allowed. Company provides lunch every day. Responsibilities

Must know Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook calendar. Must have QuickBooks experience with full AP. Bank reconciliations. Prepare reports for meetings. Greet and seat everyone who comes in. Keep schedule for office and schedule meetings. Answer incoming calls; screen 50% sales calls and make warm introductions. Orders supplies and groceries. Keep kitchen and office stocked & neat. Handles CEO’s outbox and CEO and advisors administrative tasks. Support staff on overflow admin work. Make restaurant reservations. Qualifications

45+ years of experience in administrative/bookkeeping positions. Must pass QuickBooks test including Word and PowerPoint. Apply with Word resumes; PDFs not accepted. Benefits
