Our amazing clients need your help! We are actively seeking a range of talented professionals for short-term roles within finance and creative firms.

We have a variety of temporary positions available, including Office Services and Facilities.

Temping is a great way to gain valuable corporate experience or keep your administrative skills fresh, while earning some extra income and working with the top firms in the NYC area.

Location:

Midtown

Hours : 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

*Fully Onsite

Responsibilities include:

Setting up for events and catering

Assist with facilities and reception coverages as needed

Sort mail and packages

Maintaining a neat and stocked office space

Coordinating with vendors and building security

Assist with in office events

Ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications:

Professional and strong communication skills

Well-organized and strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently or in a team setting
