Recovery Specialist, Addiction Recovery Center – Part Time, Nights
Location: Addiction Recovery Center by Texas Health, 240 N. Miller Rd., Mansfield, TX 76063.
Hours: Part‑time, Nights.
Position Highlights

Creative therapies providing personal expression and multidisciplinary treatment
A collaborative team approach
What You’ll Do Therapeutic communication is key when interacting with patients, collaborating with the Wellness and Recovery care team, and working effectively with nursing staff, all while exemplifying active listening and non‑verbal communication elements.
What You Need High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in substance abuse or as a patient care technician.
Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent with CNA certification.
Alternatively, an associate's degree in mental health or another healthcare‑related field.
One year of experience in substance abuse and/or addiction is preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) prior to providing independent patient care and must be maintained quarterly.
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training – 30 days required.
American Heart Association First Aid (AHAFA) – must be maintained 90 days.
