Work hours:
PRN Nights 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
Provides Leadership and clinical expertise to support the Neuro Tele unit (30 bed unit). Neuro Tele Department provides care to a wide variety of Neuro Tele patients with diagnosis such as Stroke, Seizures, Parkinson, MS, Medical overflow and Telemetry. This unit has had many DFW Great 100 Nurses and is known for their teamwork.
Here’s What You Need
Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
Current_vector RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire required
BCLS - prior to providing independent patient care and maintained हुँदा quarterly required
ACLS within 90 days of hire
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training - within 90 days of hire
1-year experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting required
2-years experience as a clinical ethos in an Acute care setting and Neuro Tele preferred.
What You Will Do The Charge Nurse
will communicate and collaborate with all members of the health care team
support and actively participate in shared governance/councils
committed to developing their individual knowledge and skills, as well as advancing the profession of nursing and engaging in lifelong learning/development.
evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
directly assists leadership on a particular unit or units and shift, by offering staff guidance and supportակը, maintaining a clean and safe work environment and ensuring unit operational tasks are completed.
