Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper who will maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment in resident apartments, restrooms, and public areas. The role is essential to supporting our mission of providing exceptional care and comfort for all residents.
Base pay is competitive and will be determined based on applicant’s skills and experience. Eligible associates also have the opportunity to earn team‑based bonuses. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax, and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and public spaces.
Perform vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and deodorization as needed.
Respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required.
Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
