Summary The Busser is responsible for proper stocking and maintaining the outlet side stations with necessary supplies and clearing, cleaning, and setting tables in designated stations. Pay starts at $15.00/hour.

Essential Job Functions / Duties

Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC

Familiarizes with service standards for the restaurant, especially table setups, beverage service and pre-busing of tables.

Cleans and resets tables in accordance with established procedures and sanitation guidelines.

Stocks service stations, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.

Cleans restaurant, floors, carpet, service stations, etc.

Monitors and ensures cleanliness of all place settings, tabletops, seats, and floor.

Leaves money or guest checks on tables.

Performs customer service duties as assigned (such as beverage and plate service).

Communicates with host/hostess for seating needs and any guest service issues.

Performs various stock supply duties to maintain par levels of all equipment and dining supplies.

Properly stocks and maintains outlet side stations.

Clears and sets tables in designated station.

Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.

Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.

Promotes positive public and employee relations.

Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

Must be 19 years or older.

High school Diploma or education equivalent required.

Previous server and customer service experience preferred.

Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct.

Travel Requirements Travel is not required for this position.

Work Hours Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

Certification Requirements Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority? Yes Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License. Other Certifications? Food Handler, ServSafe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification
