Join Our Team as a Room Attendant at Hope Lake Lodge and Indoor Waterpark!
Are you detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to creating a clean and welcoming environment? Hope Lake Lodge and Indoor Waterpark is looking for dedicated Room Attendants to help make each guest’s stay unforgettable. As a key member of our hospitality team, you’ll ensure that each room is spotless, comfortable, and ready to welcome our guests. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating positive experiences, this role is for you!
Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have WEEKEND availability.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and Stock: Keep your cleaning cart organized and stocked with supplies so you’re ready to tackle each room with everything you need.
Deliver a Sparkling Clean Room: Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and restock amenities in each guest room to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Attention to Detail: Ensure beds are made with fresh linens, all amenities are in place, and rooms are spotless from top to bottom, including windows and surfaces.
Maintain Energy Efficiency: Turn off unnecessary lights and follow energy-saving procedures to contribute to our eco-friendly goals.
Report Maintenance Needs: Keep an eye out for any broken fixtures or items in need of repair and promptly report them to management.
Be a Team Player: Support other departments as needed to keep our resort running smoothly and create a seamless experience for our guests.
Who We're Looking For
Guest-Focused: You’re friendly, approachable, and committed to making each guest feel at home.
Hardworking & Reliable: Able to work efficiently with a strong attention to detail and an ability to meet cleanliness standards consistently.
Flexible & Physically Fit: Comfortable with a schedule that may include weekends and holidays, and able to handle physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Safety-Conscious: You understand and follow established safety procedures, always using personal protective equipment as needed.
