Caring Transitions helps seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, online estate sales, and home cleanouts. Our mission is to make life transitions easier, less stressful, and more organized for our clients.

Position Summary As an onsite Team Member, you’ll work hands‑on with our team to sort, organize, pack, and resettle/unpack client belongings. You’ll be part of a team that handles projects with care, respect, and efficiency — often in clients’ homes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sorting, organizing, packing, and unpacking household items

Help stage and prepare items for estate sales, online auctions, or donations

Safely lift, carry, and transport items of various sizes and weights

Follow team leader directions to ensure projects are completed on time

Treat client possessions with care and maintain a respectful, professional demeanor

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at each job site

Qualifications

No prior experience required — we provide training

Ability to lift 25 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods

Reliable transportation to job sites (locations vary)

Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills
