At MacLean Power Systems in Mankato, we make iron castings that are found on trains, semi‑trucks, fire trucks, agricultural equipment, hospitals, homes, businesses, and fields. Our castings move, feed, power, and heal the world.
Here's What You'll Do
Casting Department: Produce molds and cores, pour molten iron, and perform quality assurance tests to ensure each casting meets our high standards.
Finishing Department: Be the final set of eyes on our products! Use grinders, de‑gating tools, and other equipment to finish castings to customer specifications.

What You'll Need
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attendance record
Ability to work independently
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Forklift certification
Knowledge of iron foundry processes
