Qualifications
Minimum 2‑year experience requirement waived.
Mechanical inclination.
Ability to work in a foundry manufacturing facility.
Requirements
Operate production equipment.
Operate industrial machinery that produces sand cores & molds according to process for the production of aluminum castings.
Operate a computer to access training & work instructions.
Follow all processes and procedures for the Drysand Molder/Core Machine Operator job.
Self‑motivated, detail oriented, dependable, with a good attendance record and a positive attitude.
Position is permanent on 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday) with training completed on 1st shift (6:00 am – 2:00 pm).
Shift Hours
1st shift (training): 6:00 am – 2:00 pm.
2nd shift (regular): 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
Shift differential: $1.00 per hour.
Pay
$24.25 to $28.25 per hour depending on qualifications.
$1.00 shift differential.
