Heat Treat Operator Qualifications We are waving the 2‑year minimum experience requirement. Candidates must have the ability to work in our foundry manufacturing facility.
Heat Treat Operator Requirements
Operate production equipment.
Be mechanically inclined to perform straightening of castings using measuring devices such as calipers, veneers and presses.
Pack heat‑treat baskets and perform oven operations.
Operate a computer to access training & work instructions, and follow all processes and procedures.
Permanent on 2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday‑Friday). Training may be completed on 1st shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm).
Be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, dependable with a good attendance record, and have a positive attitude.

Pay TOP PAY for experience: $23.83 to $27.83 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Hours We have two shifts: 1st shift (6:00 am to 2:00 pm) and 2nd shift (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) plus a $1.00 shift differential.
