Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Florida Early Learning Standards Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive growth Maintain daily routines including circle time, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions Ensure safety and cleanliness in accordance with state licensing and KidsLife protocols Observe and document children’s progress; communicate effectively with families Collaborate with fellow staff on curriculum planning, events, and professional development Uphold all health, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures Qualifications:
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance techniques CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Level II background screening clearance required Staff Credentials, VPK Certified-required School Readiness Certificate What We Offer:
