Receptionist / Accounts Receivable
Netlink Voice is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Receivable/Receptionist to join our team. This role provides essential support to both our administrative and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, manage front desk operations, and monitor the front door.
Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Perform data entry for accounting and administrative needs.
Support Accounts Receivable functions, including posting payments, invoicing, and collections and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
Maintain conference rooms, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and proper setup for meetings.
Assist with general office aesthetics, presentation, and organization.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable practices and terminology.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with accounting software platforms.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, simple formulas).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Reliable, punctual, and organized.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
Experience in a business or accounting office setting.
