What You’ll Do
Lead & Inspire:
Guide children through exciting activities, games, arts, homework help, and more.
Create Connections:
Build positive relationships with kids and families every day.
Ensure Safety:
Maintain a secure, welcoming space and follow all safety procedures. Be a Role Model:
Show patience, creativity, and enthusiasm while promoting positive youth development.
Schedule & Locations
Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM Perfect for college students, future educators, and anyone passionate about youth development. We are located within schools in the following ISDs. Chances are, the school closest to you is where you'll be able to work!
Alvarado ISD
Godley ISD
White Settlement ISD
Fort Worth ISD
Fort Worth After School Grant Programs
Eagle Mountain Saginaw ISD
Azle ISD
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
Previous childcare experience preferred and/or completion of required pre-service training (provided)
Skills:
Reliable, punctual, team player, adaptable, energetic, and ready to make an impact
Ability to lift 40 lbs and maintain visual/auditory awareness of children

Compensation The salary range for this role is dependant on previous experience, certifications, trainings, and other qualifications. The hiring range is between
