Responsibilities
Shovel snow from parking lots, walkways, and roofs
Maintain a safe and efficient job site
Apply de-icer when instructed
Adhere to Carpenter & Costin standards and quality
Maintain a positive attitude
Communicate effectively with team leaders
Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations
Work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays when it snows
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods
Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions for extended periodsValid and insurable driver's license
Compensation $30 per hour-This position is when it snows or after a snow/ice event.
