POSITION: As a Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates, you will be responsible for teaching dynamic, engaging, and safe Pilates classes to individuals and small groups. You will lead classes designed to enhance the strength, flexibility, and overall well‑being of our clients. Our instructors are expected to provide a motivating environment while offering excellent customer service and fostering a sense of community. QUALIFICATIONS:
450‑hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Springboard)
At least 1 year teaching group‑based Pilates
In depth understanding of the benefits of Pilates and what sets Club Pilates apart from other Pilates studios
Team player with a pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Comfortable adding TRX, Barre, and Trigger Point modalities to teaching repertoire
Professional, neat, punctual and reliable
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead group Pilates classes on the Reformer and other apparatus
Demonstrate proper form and technique during exercises.
Modify exercises to meet the needs and abilities of all participants.
Provide personalized instruction and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
Create a safe, welcoming, and energetic environment for clients.
Build relationships with clients, offering encouragement and support for their wellness journey.
Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management
Must arrive 15 min prior to the beginning of each scheduled class or private/semi‑private session
Participate in networking/community/client appreciation events as needed and studio promotions to generate new business
Maintain honesty, integrity, and an open line of communication with management
Any other duties as assigned
