Position Overview
Provide high-quality, 1:1 behavioral interventions and instructional programs designed to help students develop social, communication, and self-regulation skills.
Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student development, ensuring all interventions align with established Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Partner with BCBAs and school staff to refine support strategies and ensure a consistent, therapeutic approach.
Maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment for students with complex behavioral needs, utilizing specialized crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques.
Qualifications
ActiveRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Required)
Must be a Licensed Behavior Technician (LBT) through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA)
Prior work in ABA therapy or behavior management within an educational or clinical setting
