This is a part-time, on-call position.
Responsibilities
Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system Properly identify customers' age through identification cards, and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages Qualifications
We prefer some experience working in the food service industry Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Compensation

Our Redding Hotel is near the Shasta Cascade Region. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center Redding is centrally located within Shasta County businesses and attractions, offering the perfect location for corporate and leisure travelers alike. The hotel has a little over 8,000 square feet of customizable event and meeting space.
