Responsibilities
Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in the point of sale system
Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages
Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more
Qualifications
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service
Food Handling, Alcohol and Tobacco, and Allergen Certificates
Compensation $10 hourly
