Contingent/as needed
Day and Hours Will Vary Airport runs and grocery runs occur twice a week at different times.
Requests for additional transportation vary each month.
Must have a flexible morning schedule.
Essential Functions
Drive company vehicles on scheduled and unscheduled local trips as assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure resident/client safety during transportation, following safe transportation practices and using all required safety equipment.
Assist residents/clients with boarding and de-boarding, handling assistive devices, and observing behavior.
Follow all road laws, rules and regulations; use hands‑free adapter when using mobile devices.
Perform vehicle pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report incidents and maintenance needs to supervisor.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure vehicles are stocked and fueled.
Qualified Candidates
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some experience preferred.
Ability to understand data and carry out verbal and written instructions.
Valid driver’s license and meet National Church Residences’ motor vehicle policy.
Good hand‑eye coordination and visual strain tolerance consistent with standard workflow.
