WHAT YOU’LL DO
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Honda and OEM standards
Deliver quality repairs done right the first time
Maintain efficiency while protecting workmanship and comebacks
Communicate effectively with advisors and management
Follow dealership processes, safety standards, and quality controls
Continuously improve technical skills and performance
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
Honda experience or equivalent OEM experience strongly preferred
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skillset
Competitive mindset with a solid work ethic
Eager to learn, improve, and advance
Pride in craftsmanship and repair quality
