Aircrew Training Support (2‑Month Temp) – Active Secret – McGuire AFB Akima is recruiting for this role.

Overview RiverTech seeks an Aircrew Training Support candidate to work at McGuire Air Force Base. The position requires a strong understanding of Air Force training requirements and an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Build, review, and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books per Air Force instructions and local guidance.

Coordinate scheduling of classes and exams with security forces, operations support, and other agencies.

Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly gradebook checks for squadron personnel.

Provide daily training tracking and weekly summaries to Operations Supervisor and Operations Officer.

Assist in preparing periodic training/testing plans and coordinating off‑site training conferences.

Schedule crew for required ground training events per unit policies.

Provide weekly updates to squadron leadership on flight readiness and performance reports.

Assist in developing new curricula and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.

Maintain data in GTIMS and related systems.

Interface with Aviation Resource Management systems for updates.

Generate reports and forms as required, including AF Form 2096s, Proration Consideration Reports, and non‑mission‑ready letters.

Assist with Squadron Training Review Panel briefings for leadership.

Qualifications

Experience as a USAF aircrew member or in a Squadron, Group, or Wing training program.

Experience working with GTIMS or similar training documentation program.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written, verbal, and customer‑relations skills.

Active Secret Security Clearance.

Applicable Operational Specialty Codes (not required)

AFSC – 1C0XX, 1XXX—Operations; 1A0X1—Boom Operator; 1A1X1—Flight Engineer; 1A6X1—Flight Attendant; 1A2X1—Loadmaster; 2AX1—Aircraft Maintenance.

USA MOS – 15.

USMC MOS – 60XX, 61XX, 62XX, 73XX, 75XX.

USN NEC D0XX, G5XX; 8235/8251/8251—Flight Engineer.

Other aircrew training specialty.
