Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy Collaborate with specialists to meet each child's unique needs Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards Who You Are

Required

CDA, associate degree or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. At least two (2) years of experience. Documented experience working with children, references are required. Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively. Preferred

CDA or ECE Degree Preferred Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches. Bilingual or experience with special education. Leadership or mentor experience.
