What You’ll Do
Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
Collaborate with specialists to meet each child’s unique needs
Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards
Who You Are – Required
CDA, associate degree, or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education
At least two years of experience
Documented experience working with children; references are required
Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively
Who You Are – Preferred
CDA or ECE degree preferred
Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches
Bilingual or experience with special education
Leadership or mentor experience
