Early Childhood Educator – Mayfield Early Education, Bayswater Mayfield Childcare Limited is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our Bayswater centre on a permanent, part‑time basis, Monday to Friday. The role involves creating a warm, educational environment for children aged 0–5 years, supporting their growth and fostering strong relationships with families and the community.

Responsibilities

Keep children safe and happy with strong supervision skills.

Collaborate to implement fun and age‑appropriate curriculums.

Provide personalised care, catering to each child's unique learning style and needs.

Encourage positive behaviour for social and emotional growth.

Maintain open communication with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.

Participate in team meetings to support a unified approach to early childhood education.

Create an inclusive, welcoming environment celebrating diverse cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent).

Availability to work rotating rosters from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Valid WWCC.

Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and relevant learning frameworks.

A genuine passion for early childhood education and building strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
