What You Will Do You’ll be naturally compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to making a positive impact in young children’s lives. Your gentle approach and genuine warmth create a safe and welcoming atmosphere, helping every child feel valued and supported. You bring a joyful spirit to your work, finding ways to connect with children and families, making each day feel special.

What Do You Need to Be Successful?

Working towards or holding a minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

A valid WWCC.

Availability to work 7 hours a day when called upon.

Training in Child Protection, Red Nose and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain).

Knowledge of Mandatory Reporting, NQF and EYLF.

A genuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with families and the community.
