About the Role: Early Childhood Teacher We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team full‑time. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children’s lives by fostering a love of learning in a nurturing environment.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans tailored to each child’s needs.
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where children feel valued and encouraged to explore.
Build strong partnerships with families, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a positive and cohesive learning environment.
Conduct ongoing assessments to track children’s development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Stay up‑to‑date with best practices in early childhood education through professional learning opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Valid Blue Card or Teaching Registration.
Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Child protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
A deep love for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high‑quality learning experiences.
Ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive workplace.
Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
