What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision and speed

Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards

Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready to fire

Operate kitchen equipment with efficiency and care

Work alongside a stellar team to keep operations running smoothly

Follow portion control and waste reduction guidelines

Assist with inventory management and supply orders

Uphold HHG’s standards for consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction

What We Need From You

Must be 18+ years old

Preferred: Prior restaurant experience

Knowledge of proper food safety & sanitation procedures

Strong time-management & organizational skills

Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced kitchens

Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with us
