Kitchen Manager – Homegrown Hospitality Group
We’re hiring a Kitchen Manager who’s equal parts culinary expert, team motivator, and cool‑under‑pressure problem solver. You’ll lead the kitchen like a symphony conductor—ensuring every dish hits the right note and your crew stays inspired, empowered, and on point.
What You’ll Do
Run the back‑of‑house with precision and positivity
Hire, train, and develop rockstar kitchen talent
Maintain top‑tier food safety and sanitation standards
Lead inventory, food costs, and kitchen efficiency like a pro
Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent quality and killer guest experiences
Keep equipment humming and maintenance in check
Foster a culture of passion, pride, and high performance
What You Bring
2–3 years of experience in a fast‑paced, full‑service kitchen
Strong leadership chops—you know how to inspire and hold a team togetherk Deep understanding of food safety (ServSafe certified = bonus points)
Mad organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to keep your cool and your station clean when the heat is on
Culinary degree or equivalent street‑smarts preferred
