The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. You will be paid weekly and may earn tips in addition to the guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with the potential to make up to $800.00 per week.
Location: 1100 Gahanna Parkway, Gahanna, OH 43230
Receive a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies, training, appointments, housekeeper uniform, and a company car during work hours so you don’t have to use your own vehicle. Advancement opportunities are available — promotions are made from within.
Responsibilities
Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
Follow our process to delight every customer and communicate with clients and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
If you become a team lead, manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, take responsibility for the vehicle and equipment, and ensure that the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
Perform physical tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, working overhead, and completing all housekeeping tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Complete a background check.
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
No prior experience required – training will be provided.
