About the Role We offer a full‑time, daytime position (8 am – 5 pm, Monday‑Friday) with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You receive a company car, training, supplies, a schedule you can control, and the opportunity to earn tips and bonuses.
Responsibilities
Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
Follow the Molly Maid cleaning process to delight every client.
Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
If you are a Team Lead: manage the team’s schedule and driver safety; maintain the company car; oversee basic equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Pass a background check.
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
Available to work Monday‑Friday during the day (8 am – 5 pm).
Benefits
