Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $22.00/hr. Estimated weekly bonus possible: $25 + tips. No weekends, nights, holidays. Company car provided.
Responsibilities
Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
Follow our process and delight every customer.
Communicate with customers and team in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
If you are a team lead, manage the team's schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment and housekeeping supplies.
Qualifications / Requirements
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Complete background check.
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead.
Available to work Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Must communicate with clients in English.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to & from work.
At least 18 years old.
