What You’ll Be Brewing
Drive the implementation of the Corporate Food Safety program across the site by strengthening organizational capability, ensuring compliance with prerequisite programs, identifying and closing certification gaps, and aligning operations with customer contractual requirements.
Maintain and prepare compliance documents and reports for current and new product lines required by the regulatory bodies and customers.
Identify and assess potential Food Safety and Quality hazards, vulnerabilities, and risks within the site. Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies, including preventive controls, monitoring systems, and corrective actions.
Conduct internal reviews and audits identifying gaps and opportunities in the current applicable standards and create new procedures when needed.
You have a bachelor’s degree in food science OR equivalent experience (5+ years) in the field of food safety.
You have at least 5+ years experience in food safety in non‑alcoholic manufacturing facilities with experience in certification scheme and third‑party audit.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks independently.
Excel in communication, decision‑making, and maintaining thorough documentation and follow‑up.
Highly adaptable to change, with a proactive and flexible approach to evolving demands and environments.
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.

$81,600.00 – $107,100.00
Target short‑term incentive: 10%
