Duties and Responsibilities
Provide customer service to persons served, including: scheduling/rescheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, translations and liaising between staff members and addressing issues as they arise
Scanning documents into the electronic health record, as assigned
Providing educational consultation to interested individuals served
Escorting persons served to and from waiting room
Assist with Prior Authorizations
Managing referral leads
Monthly reporting of statistical data
Building and maintain community relationships with referral sources and NeuroStar TMS coordinator
Delivering TMS therapy to individuals served (on-site training provided)
Clerical duties such as, phone calls, faxing, photocopying or transcribing
Communicate any facility, medical team or other operational issue to the Floor Supervisor, Practice Manger or other member of the Clinic Management Team
Review and respond to voicemails and emails within two (2) business days
Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
Perform other related duties, as assigned
Travel, as needed
Administrative Responsibilities/Record Keeping
Adhere to program and agency policies and procedures
Ensure that required documentation is completed professionally and accurately and filed in the electronic health record in a timely manner
Attend scheduled supervisory meetings
Complete time sheets and submits them accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain job related record keeping accurately and submit reports in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Medical Assistant Certification/Health Care Clinical Professional preferred or two or more years of related experience
Knowledge of office practices and professional environment
Basic knowledge of scheduling
Understanding of the population and information sensitivity
