Position Description
Immediate opening for a Dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Yard Truck Driver. Join Ryder in Reynoldsburg, OH.
Compensation
$1,600+ per week (20+ hours per week)
Hourly pay $27.00 per hour
Schedule Monday – Friday
Dispatch varies
Route & Equipment
Deliver SOLO To: Yard Jockey and Offsite Fueling
Route: Local Home Daily
Tractor Type: Yard Tractor
Trailer Type: Dry Van 48', 53’
Yard experience a must

Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including last 3 years
Pass a DOT physical
Pass a Ryder road test
Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for Class A tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
Experience: 9 months within last 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards, maintaining accurate records and logs
Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
Performs other duties as assigned
