Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin', is hiring a Baker/Crew Member to join our team in multiple locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. This position offers part‑time or full‑time opportunities, with a career path toward restaurant management.
Summary Bakers/Crew Members are cross‑trained in basic baking skills and general crew member responsibilities. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards, serve them enthusiastically, and work as part of a team to meet guests' needs.
Responsibilities
Arrive in a timely manner and be ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift.
Demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with team members and guests.
Follow the communication guideline established in your store.
Respond positively to coaching and feedback and show passion for learning.
Hold yourself accountable for your designated responsibilities on your shift.
Dedicate yourself to learning and to executing multiple tasks.
Receive specialized training in baking functions and prepare donuts and other bakery products.
Always view guests as the highest priority and ensure high satisfaction.
Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
Adhere to Brand and QBG standards, deliver quality food and beverage as trained.
Follow all safety, food‑safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain a clean and neat work environment, including stocking, waste removal and thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms.
Follow uniform standards: hat, name tag, clean pressed apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans without rips or holes, and nonslip shoes.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic computer skills; some training is conducted online.
Basic math skills for counting money and making change.
Physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment; must lift 30‑50 pounds and perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists.
