Job Overview The Lexington & Geppetto is located in the heart of Cambridge Crossing. This combined venue includes the Lexington, a rooftop cocktail bar with accordion‑style windows; Café Beatrice, an all‑day bakery and café with a selection of wine, beer, and cocktails; and Geppetto, a modern Italian restaurant featuring house‑made pastas, shareable plates, family‑style entrees, and exquisite Italian wines. Led by Chef/Owner Will Gilson, the team offers an award‑winning blend of culinary and beverage expertise. We’re looking to grow our front‑of‑house team with enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, hardworking individuals.
Responsibilities
Utilize menu and beverage knowledge to provide exceptional service.
Maintain a general sense of hospitality and warmth, demonstrating a “let me see what I can do” mentality to exceed guests’ expectations.
Assist with running food and bussing tables.
Requirements
At least 1 year of industry experience, or a willingness to learn.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and a variable schedule as needed by the business.
