Job Summary Up to $1500 Sign-On Bonus if hired
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Full-time Cook I to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full time opportunity working various days, including weekends, with a shift time of approximately 9:00am to 6:30pm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in multiple areas within the kitchen and be proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and production methods. ServSafe certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for Hospital at Home patients
Performing clean, safe, and sanitary work in accordance with department policies
Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
Cooling, packing, and labeling food for Hospital at Home meal delivery service
